ReferencesFor many years now, I have worked for organizations involved in cooperation in the spirit of development, for private-sector enterprises, and for institutions of higher learning. My longest surviving relationship with a client extends back more than two decades. In our collaboration, I continuously support processes of change in the organization and so, little by little, bring my complete performance spectrum to bear. Responding to clients’ commissions, I have been active in many parts of the world, in almost all European countries (where German, English or French is the lingua franca). My activities extend to include southeastern Europe, Asia (PR China, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan), and many nations in Africa (including Algeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Cameroon, D. R. of the Congo, Mali, Morocco, Senegal, Uganda).
German organizations involved in development work
- Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit - GIZ
- Deutsche Welthungerhilfe
- UN organizations; Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)
- CGIAR Consortium (IITA, ICRISAT)
- European Union
When on contract to private companies, my activities focus essentially on conflict resolution, developing management personnel, moderating large group events, and accompanying change processes. Among my clients are the following firms:
- Deutsche Bahn
- Deutsche Bank
- Hewlett Packard
- Swisscom (Switzerland)
Since 2011 I have coached, at the behest of the College of Education at Ludwigsburg (in cooperation with Helwan University in Cairo) students in the master’s program for “International Education Management” (INEMA).
