Attitude

Only those who can empathize with the dynamics of individuals and groups will be able to provide the correct initiatives to activate forces that can lead to self-regulation. Thus, a development process is set in motion. Everyone profits for this and it gives rise to forces for self-regulation, so that goals can be achieved.

In my more than twenty years of consulting practice, I have learned how individuals and heterogeneous groups can work well together. And I have also seen the reasons for why cooperative efforts can fail. I work with my own methods, tested many times in practice, the goal being to work jointly to develop highly motivating targets and strategies, to enumerate disruptions, and to clarify conflicts.

I see my task as contributing to an effective, fruitful cooperation of individuals, teams and organizations.
